Writing is so much more than putting words on a page. It is how we make sense of our ideas, tell our stories, explain what we know, persuade others and make ourselves heard.
Ink & Influence is a weekly workshop for collège students who want to become more confident, thoughtful and capable communicators. Students learn how to develop ideas, organise their thoughts, explore language, choose precise and powerful words, strengthen their writing and share their ideas with others.
And because communication does not end on the page, public speaking is an important part of the workshop as well. Students will practise presenting their work, speaking clearly and confidently, listening to others and thinking about the impact they have on an audience.
